About Me
"Think of me as your wellness wingman, navigating both the choppy seas of autoimmune challenges and the intricate dance of personal relationships. With my own story as the backdrop, I’m here to share insights and support for both your health and your heart.
I’ve got a knack for keeping things light and lively, even when the going gets tough.
I approach each day with wide-eyed enthusiasm and a dash of playfulness as a fresh adventure. I’m the straight-shooter in your corner, always searching for wisdom and eager to dig deep.
I'm your go-to guide in the wild world of autoimmune issues, having walked the bumpy road to recovery myself. Think of me as a friend who's been there, done that, and is all about sharing the healing vibes.
With a twinkle in my eye and a heart full of sincerity, I keep things fresh and fun, holding on to that childlike spark. I'm all about straight talk and chasing the facts, fueled by an insatiable curiosity.
Transparency is my middle name; I treasure the real deal. I might be just another face in the crowd, but I stand out in my special way. What you see is what you get with me - a fully genuine soul, through and through."

It is a widely used approach in treating depression. It focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. As a counselor, you can guide clients through CBT techniques to help them reframe their thinking and develop healthier coping strategies
Transactional Analysis (TA)
Transactional Analysis (TA) a widely recognized psychological theory and therapy approach developed by psychiatrist Eric Berne in the 1950s. TA is based on the idea that human beings are social creatures, and our personalities and behaviors are shaped by the transactions, or interactions, we have with others. The theory is structured around the concept of three ego states—Parent, Adult, and Child—each of which represents a different set of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. TA provides a framework for understanding and analyzing these ego states and the transactions that occur between individuals. It is used in various fields, including psychotherapy, counseling, education, and organizational development, to improve communication, relationships, and personal growth.
